Yes, we will give you the tracking number after we send your package. It will take 1-3 days after you place your order as we need to pack it, especially for orders in large amounts. You can check your tracking number on your account page and an email will be sent to you for your order status update.
Yes, you will receive exactly the same product as the one in the picture. The only
difference is the package will be without our brand label. It’s done with the understanding that most of our customers are vendors who will resell our product.
We wouldn’t put any branding on the package other than the product identification on the right, bottom corner. This is done to make things easier for our customers as well as to make sure the delivery process is trouble-free.
Please note that the color of the powder might differ on each batch due to the weather, drying process, and the Kratom leaves.
Each package will weigh exactly 1 kilogram or around 2.2 lbs.

We provides Kratom in three different types: powder, crushed leaf, and extracts. The powder is simple to take as it will dissolve into water, tea, or other beverages quite easily. It can be mixed into food too. Crushed leaf is often used to brew Kratom tea, while Kratom extracts provide extra ‘gusto’ for expert Kratom users.

The taxes will depend on the country and we have no way to know what categories Kratom will fall under. Due to that uncertainty in each country and region, the tax fee will be the buyer’s responsibility.

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment and may take additional processing time depending on your payment method and bank. KRATOM IN GENERAL
Kratom is a tropical tree from the coffee family native to Southeast Asia with the latin name of Mitragyna speciosa. Its leaves are traditionally used as medicine for centuries by the native. This plant has many different kinds of active components, which makes it difficult to characterize as one particular type of use. The two main compounds, mitragynine and 7-hydroxymitragynine are the source of all of the Kratom’s effects you get.
Kratom is legal in most countries around the world. To be sure about it, you can check the rules and legality in your country before buying or taking it.
Kratom (most likely) won’t cause your death. It doesn’t damage your organs, brain, or any other part of the body. Millions of users can attest to these facts. The case of dependence is quite rare and it’s easy to keep Kratom under control as well as to taper it down for most people.
